SOME PROJECTS
Change Management Strategy in the incorporation of AZDigital (IntegraTIC), an own product of Analítica S.A.S, in MinTIC.
This strategy sought to replace the three internal systems the Ministry had with a single one that brought together all processes and files in a single software. The strategy was devised and developed within the framework of a complex context marked by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the expectation campaign and the entire strategy managed to be accessible thanks to the development of animated short films, interactive games, contests to motivate servers to vote for the name and image of the system, virtual training for 1,000 employees, and various videos tutorials and learning ebooks circulated internally.
Change Management Strategy
The strategy was divided into four stages of the ADKAR model: Awareness Stage, Desire, Ability, and reinforcement.
Awareness Stage:
For this stage, we developed an expectation campaign that sought to engage the people into a change related to the digital transformation of the Ministry. We invented a character: MegaTIC, an empowered, intelligent, and proactive woman. This character carried the messages of change. With her, we entered meetings, emails, intranet, and even WhatsApp announcing the reasons why MinTIC would be digitally transformed.
Desire Stage:
For this stage, we had to present the situation and its benefits: the new incorporation of AZDigital (IntegraTIC) within the Ministry. We developed an animated comic explaining how the three systems that had been operating within the Ministry were now going to be transformed into one big system to modernize, improve and make the entity's management more efficient. Once the animatic was presented, we involved public servants in this digital transformation by inviting them to name and choose the image of the new software. We held a virtual launch event explaining all the benefits the new system would bring and we answered all the questions regarding the change that was approached. Additionally, we reinforce the motivation by sharing images and videos replicating the benefits that the new system would bring.
Knowledge Stage:
The stage of pedagogy where the public servants would learn to use the system. The Change Management team supported the virtual training process by building visual and didactic materials with the step-by-step processes of the highest demand within the Ministry.
Ability Stage:
During this stage, the team focused on strengthening communication around support materials and channels within the Ministry for the systems transition process. The message we wanted to generate was that they were not alone, they would have a team of more than 30 people who would help them in the process.
Reinforcement Stage:
For this stage we created a communications campaign focused on making visible the good practices and the outstanding work teams in the implementation of the system.
For this project I devised, led and developed the entire Change Management strategy within the Ministry. I edited some videos and coordinated the development of visual materials for the entire plan.
It is important to clarify that the animation of the animatic and the MegaTIC character was developed by Oscar Iván Ospina under an original script and a previous characterization of the character created at work tables between the Analytica SAS team and the MinTIC team. The original designs of the graphic pieces were in charge of the design company Buenas Branding. The step-by-step videos of the procedures and benefits of the system were edited by me.
"The final report" . Linked video part of the pedagogical activities of the Integrity Code toolbox
Preparation and dissemination of the Integrity Code and its pedagogical toolbox | Administrative Department of Public Function.
Support the development and dissemination of the Code of Integrity of the Colombian Public Service. A guide that invites public servants to act always basing their actions on 5 values: honesty, commitment, diligence, respect, and justice. This Code, which was built from a participatory process between public servants and citizens, was officially launched on July 4, 2017, within the framework of the National Public Servant Day. For this project, I participated in the code co-construction process, in the entire development of the event and in the conception of its launch campaign, and in the subsequent process of disseminating it in the different entities of the executive branch of the State. Likewise, I supported the development of the pedagogical toolbox for its implementation. A document with specific pedagogical and communication activities and actions created in order to generate an appropriation of values by public servants.
The development of this Integrity Code and its respective toolbox generated several positive impacts: 1. Thanks to the development of a single Integrity Code for the entire Colombian public service, Colombia was able to enter the OECD. The creation of this Code was one of the requirements requested by the organization. 2. Today the Colombian Public Service Integrity Code is internationally recognized by the OECD.
3. The Congress of the Republic issued the 2016 law of February 27, 2020, by which "the Integrity Code of the Colombian Public Service issued by the Administrative Department of Public Function must be adopted and implemented by all entities of the State at the national and territorial level and in all branches of public power ".
Visual materials for different proyects
Todos los videos
Short video is taken from parts of the documentary "Why So Few?" to promote on Instagram.
Visual materials for different clients of the cultural sector in Madrid
Creation of visual materials for the web page and social networks of the short film "Why So Few?" directed by Carlota Coronado. This video is a promotional fragment of the documentary that seeks to change the perception of women in science by giving visibility to great Spanish scientists. The percentage of participation of women in science in Spain, and in general in the world, is very low, many times due to collective unconscious that makes people believe that these professions are mainly male. It is important to create spaces to publicize female references in science so that more women are encouraged to study these careers erroneously associated with the male gender.

During her visit, Olga gets closer to Carmen and her story, a fundamental moment for the construction of her show "Un cuerpo Infinito".
Invitation to vote in the plebiscite | Administrative Department of Public Function.
The purpose of this video was to invite public servants and citizens to vote on October 2, 2016, in the plebiscite for peace. For this video, I used an editing type based on the Playground videos and it was sent as a whatsapp chain. I supported the pre-production, production and editing process.
Video #Pazaelacuerdo | Administrative Department of Public Function.
This video consisted of an invitation to all public servants in the country to read, understand and share the Final Peace Agreement with their acquaintances. I participated in the process of pre-production, production, and editing of it, getting 86,963 views on Facebook.
Video on the participation of public servants in the plebiscite | Administrative Department of the Public Function.
The idea of this explanatory video was to show public servants across the country what they could and could not do during the campaign for the "yes" or "no" of the plebiscite to endorse the Final Peace Agreement. I edited this video in After Effects using the official figures for the peace campaign designed by the Office of the High Commissioner for Peace.
Welcome video to new officials | National Mining Agency
The idea of this video was to welcome the almost 200 new workers of the National Mining Agency in a friendly way. I created the script and led the editing process, the recording, and the editing of the material. The laughter at the beginning of the video conveyed a warm atmosphere that was later reinforced with messages from the old workers inviting the new workers to be part of the ANM family.
Mining inspection documentary | National Mining Agency
Making of the first video-documentary on a mining inspection process. With this video we were able to show the public, in a friendly way, what an inspection visit is (The supervision by the National Mining Agency to a mining owner). This video reached 1,883 views on Facebook, being the most-watched video during that year in the entity.
Video blog | National Mining Agency
Every month the ANM's Citizen Participation and Communications Group releases a videoblog that shows an important event related to the entity. In this one in particular, we document the "Mining Hangout", where the Vice President of Monitoring, Control and Mining Safety of the entity answered to the citizens, during a live broadcast, all the questions related to the legal mining activity that the entity supervises.
On this occasion, I led the pre-production, production and editing of the material.
